A: REALASM relies on two systems over which we have no control, Second Life and HippoVend, to deliver products to our customers. Occasionally, due to issues unrelated to REALASM, our vendors cannot deliver a purchased product. If this happens to you, first check your Objects folder or search your inventory for REALASM. Many people have it in inventory but simply do not see it. If you do not have it, make sure you are not in "Busy" mode or that you have not placed Amylyn Arcadia on your Mute List. To remove her from your Mute List, go to the View menu at the top of your screen, choose "Mute List", then click on Amylyn Arcadia and click the "Unmute"button. One you have confirmed that you are not in Busy Mode and that Amylyn Arcadia is not on your Mute List, visit our Main Store: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Dauphin/163/63/116 and click on either of the Re-Delivery Terminals next to our Silver and Gold Vendors. This will instruct our system to instantly redeliver the product to you, which should remedy the problem. If for some reason this does not work, contact Amylyn Arcadia in-world by SENDING A NOTECARD. PLEASE NOTE: if you have accidentally placed Amylyn on your Mute List, Amylyn will be unable to deliver your product, and also WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU TO HELP YOU. Q: I BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT BUT ALL I GOT WAS A BAG? / HOW DO I OPEN THE ITEM I JUST BOUGHT? A: The REALASM Cock is delivered to you in a bag with some other items and information. Upon receipt from our vendor, it needs to be opened to access the contents. To open it, either drag the object from inventory or right-click and "DROP" it (if you're wearing it) then click on it once. A new window will open and a list of the package's contents will appear. Click the "COPY TO INVENTORY" button. A folder will appear in your inventory containing all of the items from your package. You can then right-click on your Cock (and HUD, if you purchased Gold) and "wear" it! NOTE: To open an object must be in a place where the land owner allows visitors to create objects. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? A: No...you are probably just in a No Scripts Zone. Like all scripted objects in Second Life, your REALASM products will not function in No Script Zones. You can tell you're in a No Script Zone by the presence of two little gear icons beside a red "no" circle to the left of the region name at the top of your screen. Simply go to a region without No Script restrictions and your product will work perfectly. Q: I BOUGHT AN ITEM AND IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I (OR THE PERSON I BOUGHT IT FOR AS A GIFT) ACCIDENTALLY CLICKED "DISCARD" OR "MUTE" WHAT DO I DO NOW? A: If you clicked discard, you (or the person you purchased a gift for) need simply visit our Main Store http://slurl.com/secondlife/Dauphin/163/63/116 and click on either of the Re-Delivery Terminals next to our Silver and Gold Vendors. This will instruct our system to instantly redeliver the product to you or your gift recipient, which should remedy the problem. If you clicked "Mute", you will need to remove Amylyn Arcadia from your Mute List before we can deliver the item to you or communicate with you. To do so, go to the View menu at the top of your screen, choose "Mute List", then click on Amylyn Arcadia and click the "Unmute"button. Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? A: Because our items are no transfer, we cannot accommodate any requests for refunds under any circumstances. If your product is damaged either by an error in Second Life or by your own error, send a notecard to Amylyn Arcadia and you will be issued a new product once your purchase is verified. Q: DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCTS OR DO CUSTOM ORDERS? A: Unfortunately due to the massive volume of our business and time restraints, we are not currently able to take on any custom work. However we do log all customer feedback and suggestions. so if you would like something, let us know and if we are able to accommodate it with a further product release or enhancement update, we will certainly do so. ***********ONE FINAL NOTE*********** If you did not receive, or are having trouble with your product, PLEASE do not assume we're trying to rip you off. We operate our company with great integrity and are extremely committed to completely satisfying ALL of our thousands of customers. Keep in mind that the REALASM team members do have real lives (and jobs, etc.) so we cannot be in-world 24/7. Sending
